12th Day Update of FIFA World Cup 2022

On day 12 of the FIFA World Cup Edition 2022, 4 matches in Group E and Group F of 2 matches each will be played. All the 4 teams in Group E will be fighting for the top two Spots and in Group F Croatia, Morocco and Belgium will be fighting for top two spots while Canada is ruled out for knock out even if it wins today’s match against Morocco.
In Group F third placed Belgium faces Group topper Croatia and second placed Morocco to face bottom placed Canada. Belgium needs a win or a draw provided if Morocco lose badly against Canada and a draw is enough for the Croatia and Morocco to ensure their berth for the round of 16. It is the first time in history, Belgium facing Croatia in a World Cup Edition. The 37 year old Croatian captain Luka Modric’s contributions to football are perhaps “Infinite”. In the Group E Spain Vs Japan match will be very interesting. Japan ranked 24th in the World by FIFA, can produce another seismic shock on Thursday remains to be seen.
