In Telugu language Love Today releasing today (i.e., on 25th November). Tamil Love Today was released on the 4th of November and created an overnight sensation with the new-age story. Filmmaker-turned-actor Pradeep Ranganathan’s Love Today surprised Tamil fans and in Telugu released with a positive mouth talk. Let’s look at the review.
Story :
Love Today has a very simple love story based on trust. Whether you know the person, who you are in love with? , this is the main plot of the story. A young couple who are in love will be allowed to marry only after exchanging their smartphones for one day. This is the condition of the girl’s father to accept their love. The story continues with the thrill that, whether the boy and girl will marry after exchanging their phones for a day.

Performance: Pradeep Ranganathan is a very talented person. He wrote, directed and also acted in the film. The scenes were written wonderfully. He guesses the audience and brought out the feel routine emotion in the film. Yuvan Shankar Raja added soul to the movie. In emotional scenes, his music amplifies more to the audience. One more to talk about in the film is Ivana. She steals the scene while she expresses her belief before her father about Pradeep. Satya raj has done a tremendous job as a cupid father. Yogi Babu is one more addition to the film, who will be seen as a smartphone-addicted person.
Analysis:
The movie starts at, we see a boy sucking a juicy mango, planting the seed and waiting for germination. Then a video of a smartphone being manufactured in the lab and then a packed brand new mobile phone. The customer opens the brand new mobile phone with a selfie camera, only then we will see the man’s face in the film. This particular mobile will be gifted by Pradeep to his girlfriend Nikita(Ivana). This is a unique plot and here we will come to know that the movie is related to a mobile phone. The idea of establishing Love Today by Pradeep Ranganathan is unique.
The film very soon reaches Venu Sastri(Satyaraj) father of Nikita. Sastri gives his consent if Nikita and Pradeep accept to exchange their mobile phones for a day. Love Today is quite fun, punctuated by an array of scenes that are silly but engaging. The film will definitely satisfy the 2K kids and might end up boring for the elder ones. The insecurities and sensibilities of the current generation have been nicely blended into the film. For this weekend watching Love Today is worth a while.
