Sunil signs 4 Tamil films at a time

Comedian-turned-hero Sunil is back in the reckoning with multiple offers. After failing to make an impact as a hero despite his desperate efforts, Sunil found it very difficult to return to comedy roles. Though he was signed up for entertaining roles in big-ticket films, his antics and comedy timing didn’t impress moviegoers much in any film since his comeback. So, he recently started doing supporting roles and negative roles.

After his impressive act in Pushpa:The Rise as Mangalam Srinu, Sunil is again gearing up for another menacing performance in Pushpa: The Rule. Meanwhile, for the first time in his two-decade-long career, Sunil is eyeing to make a mark in Kollywood. He signed four biggies in Tamil and is currently busy shooting for them simultaneously.

He will be seen in significant roles in Superstar Rajinikanth’s Jailer, Karthi’s Japan, Sivakarthikeyan’s Maveeran, and another film Mark Anthony. Sunil did only one Tamil film in his career so far. Surprisingly, he is now getting more solid offers in Kollywood than in Tollywood. His strong performance in Pushpa 1 made him quite popular beyond the Telugu States. Now, he is set to entertain Tamil moviegoers with intense roles in all these four films which are in different stages of production.
