Waltair Veerayya Twitter Talk : Limited Poonakalu

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya is releasing all over today amid huge expectations. Here is the Twitter Talk for this film as the early shows in Telugu States and premieres in overseas are completed.
Going by Twitter Talk, Waltair Veerayya is another mediocre commercial entertainer with a few highlights here and there. Chiranjeevi’s screen presence and his dances are said to be the major highlights of the film. A few episodes between Ravi Teja and Chiranjeevi in the second half are the only saving grace for this film because story-wise there is nothing great to rave about.
The first half of the film doesn’t offer much excitement except for the interval block and Chiru’s mannerisms. Director Bobby’s bland writing in comedy scenes doesn’t excite as Chiru’s histrionics appear to be over-the-top.

The second half of the film is no different. Except for the scenes featuring Ravi Teja and Chiranjeevi and a couple of emotional episodes, there is no big excitement for the viewers. The film hinges too heavily on Chiru’s performance without a substantial point.
Chiranjeevi shouldered the film despite weak writing and a clunky script. His performance is good but the comedy timing appears to be too forced. Ravi Teja also appeared in his elements. A couple of songs are well shot and DSP did a decent job to offer some respite for the viewers.
On the whole, the film will impress Mega fans to some extent. For the rest of the audience, it is another routine commercial potboiler that rides solely on heroism with no proper script.
