Veera Simha Reddy is an epic : Balakrishna

The pre-release event of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming film Veera Simha Reddy was held in a grand manner this Friday evening in Ongole. The core team of this film and thousands of fans from the Telugu States graced this event. Veteran director B. Gopal is the chief guest.
Balakrishna started his speech in his usual style and thanked his father NTR. He hailed him as a rare phenomenon in Telugu cinema and said everyone should accept him as a symbol of pride. Talking about the film, he said Veera Simha Reddy is a combination of two ‘Kracks’ and added that it will be etched in history like his cult hits Narasimha Naidu and Samara Simha Reddy. Balakrishna revealed that Veera Simha Reddy has a faction backdrop set in Rayalaseema but it has an epic story that will be known only after the release of the film. He said director Gopichand Malineni extracted the best output from all artists and technicians who worked on this film. He also made fun of all artists and technicians hailing from Ongole by calling them Ongolians.
Balakrishna said Shruti Haasan is a versatile actor like her father Kamal Haasan. He appreciated her performance in emotional scenes. He also praised Honey Rose for her acting mettle. He thanked Duniya Vijay for appearing in a menacing role.
Balakrishna also showered praises on Sai Madhav Burra for penning powerful dialogues. He said there are many intense dialogues in this film. He also appreciated Thaman for his scintillating job with the bgm and music. He expressed a lot of confidence in the output and said this film will turn out to be a huge blockbuster at the box office.
Director Gopichand Malineni said there can’t be a bigger achievement for him than directing his favorite hero. He recalled some incidents from the sets and said he was stunned by Balakrishna’s dedication. Gopichand thanked all artists and technicians for their hard work. He said Thaman gave his best output for this film.
