Varun Tej undeterred with The Ghost failure

Mega hero Varun Tej is back to busy days after taking a brief break post two releases earlier this year in the form of Ghani and F3. He is now gearing up to work on two films simultaneously. His next film will be helmed by director Praveen Sattaru who just bagged a box office turkey with Akkineni Nagarjuna’s Dussehra outing The Ghost.
The Ghost disappointed trade circles big time despite being a decent attempt. The action extravaganza failed to garner the attention of moviegoers because of some drawbacks in writing and screenplay. Praveen Sattaru is known for churning out slick and racy thrillers packed with scintillating action episodes. But, he couldn’t deliver the goods with The Ghost.
Samantha’s team clarifies about actress’s illness
Despite the disappointing box office result of The Ghost, Varun Tej decided to go ahead with Praveen Sattaru’s film. It is based in London and Varun will be seen playing a bodyguard in this untitled film. A small video snippet in which the F2 actor is seen prepping up with a bunch of heavy-loaded guns. Reportedly, it will be a high-octane drama with plenty of action episodes.
Varun is confident that Praveen Sattaru will make amends with his film and commenced the shooting this Monday in London.
