Yesteryear Actor, Director, and Producer Vallabhaneni Janardhan passes away

Vallabhaneni Janardhan, a reputed character artist, director and also producer has passed away. Citing health complications he was admitted into Appolo recently and was declared dead today morning at 10:20. Aged 63 years, he got married to Lalini, sister of reputed filmmaker Vijaya Baapineedu and has two children.
He lost his first daughter Shwetha in her childhood, while another daughter Abhinaya is working as a fashion designer. His son Avinash is working as a Software Engineer in the U.S.A. He got his major break as a senior actor with ‘Megastar’ Chiranjeevi’s ‘Gangleader’. He played a corrupt cop and also the father of Sumalatha in the film. He has worked on more than one hundred films but they were merely long ones.
He was so fond of films, he never rejected any role that was offered to him. He also shared the screen with Chiranjeevi in ‘Stuartpuram Dongalu’, with Balakrishna in ‘Lakshmi Narasimha’, with Nagarjuna in ‘Vaarasudu’ and with Venkatesh in ‘Surya I.P.S’. He also worked for many soap operas namely ‘Anveshitha’. Many reputed personalities have poured in condolence on hearing this news and shall pay respects at his house today evening.
