USA BO report: Promising start for Ante Sundaraniki

Nani’s Ante Sundaraniki started on a promising note at the USA box office. The film has grossed close to $ 250K from its Thursday premiers. Ante Sundaraniki is now the second-highest premiere for Nani after MCA which collected $ 304K.
The fun-filled teasers and trailers seemed to have worked well in favour of Ante Sundaraniki as it managed to surpass the premieres of Nani’s previous five films. As the early reports are good, the film is expected to get more walk-ins towards the weekend.
Another Telugu film Major is steady during the weekdays. After a solid first weekend with $ 900K plus gross, the patriotic drama collected decent numbers from Monday to Thursday ( total $ 150K+) to surpass the million-dollar mark. Major is Adivi Sesh’s first film to breach the prestigious mark and also emerged as his highest grosser to date.
Blockbuster Tamil film Vikram is having a steady run at the US box during the weekdays. The film has surpassed the $ 2.2 Million by the end of Thursday. Vikram collected more than $ 100K each day from Monday to Wednesday.
