I am competing with myself: Thalapathy Vijay

The audio launch event of Thalapathy Vijay’s highly anticipated upcoming film Varisu was held grandly in Chennai on Saturday. The who’s who of the Varisu team attended the flamboyant event and thousands of Vijay’s fans thronged the venue to cheer for their favorite actor. Massive arrangements were made for this event by producer Dil Raju and it became a huge success.
The major highlight of the event is Vijay’s inspiring speech. He later shared a selfie picture with the huge crowd and shared it on his official Twitter handle. Speaking about the film, Vijay said it has been a great journey while shooting for this beautiful film with Vamshi Paidipally, Rashmika Mandanna, and other artists of this film. He thanked producer Dil Raju for his bringing the best output with his production values. Vijay thanked his fans for showering unlimited love and gratitude on him in his journey. He expressed happiness for their constant support. Vijay concluded by saying that he is competing with himself from the start of his career as an actor.
Speaking about the film, producer Dil Raju clarified the ongoing speculations that Varisu is not a remake or a sequel. He added Varisu is a full-length entertainer with sentiment, drama, songs, and action. He said Varisu is dedicated to all parents.
Rashmika Mandanna also wooed the crowd by shaking her leg with choreographer Jani Master for the super hit Ranjithame song. Varisu is releasing worldwide on January 12th. There are massive expectations for this film.
