Shruti Haasan is one of the star heroines down South. The actress is currently busy with two interesting films, Veera Simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya. Both films carry a positive buzz in film circles. The songs from Waltair Veerayya have come out well, and the Sridevi song has become the talk of the town. However, Shruti was very uncomfortable doing the song. The actress herself has opened up on the same.
In a recent interaction, Shruti Haasan broke the silence about doing a song alongside Chiranjeevi. The team shot the song in France, where extremely cold conditions exist. Both Chiranjeevi and Shruti danced to the song in the snowfall.
Sharing her experience, Shruti revealed, “I don’t have to do another song in the snow wearing a saree because physically it is so uncomfortable. But people still want to see it, and we will have to keep doing it. It is truly uncomfortable for a woman.”
Rarely do we see the heroines open up on these issues, and it is commendable to see Shruti Haasan being vocal about something that she feels uncomfortable about.
On the other hand, Waltair Veerayya is directed by KS Ravindra, and the movie is hitting the screens on the 13th of January.
