Sammathame Trailer : A formulaic love story

The theatrical trailer of Sammathame, starring Kiran Abbavaram and Chandini Chowdhary, is out and it gives an impression that the film is another formulaic romantic entertainer driven by slapstick comedy and pleasant music.
In the three minute trailer, which is routine yet entertaining, the characters of the lead pair are revealed. The lead protagonist is a simple guy with no bad habits, but his love interest is a carefree and sociable person. Due to their contrasting qualities, differences arise and leads to separation. It seems like the rest of the story is all about how they come to terms and reunite.

Kiran Abbavaram gets another tailor made role and he seems to have given a decent performance as boy-next-door. His mannerisms and dialogue delivery are impressive. Chandini Chowdhary is bubbly and glamorous in her role.
The music score rendered by Shekar Chandra is pleasant and well-suited. Director Gopinath Reddy has ensured that the trailer is laced with youthful elements.
