RRR achieved what Baahubali 2 couldn’t

Telugu-language pan India blockbuster RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli, is going places after it was unspooled on Netflix and made available globally for movie lovers across the globe. The uncut version released in the USA on June 1st is also the reason why the film has become a talking point among the audience.

RRR has been receiving a thunderous response from different corners outside India as audience is completely in awe due to the fantastic portrayal of the lead characters and the swashbuckling action episodes choreographed in the film.

Many renowned international movie critics have been gushing over the film since the last two weeks and numerous popular web portals are coming up with unanimous reviews commending the stupendous work of SS Rajamouli and his team for bringing this epic spectacle.

Social media is teeming with tweets and Instagram posts praising the content and performances of NTR and Charan. Even RRR team is surprised as they didn’t dream of such a massive reception from the Western audience.

SS Rajamouli’s previous film ‘Baahubali’ smashed many records and emerged as the biggest grossing Indian film of all time. However, the film didn’t garner international acclaim as expected by its makers. It managed only limited response from audiences in the West.

But, RRR seems to have bettered Baahubali in this aspect. The film has been receiving unprecedented critical acclaim from all quarters. Even celebrated Hollywood technicians couldn’t stop themselves from heaping praises on this epic patriotic film.

The craze for RRR has now shot out of the roof as many international magazines rated it as one of the best action films ever made. Some have even compared it with the latest Hollywood biggie Top Gun : Maverick.

Though RRR is way behind Baahubali in terms of collections, it has managed to grab more eyeballs across the globe.
