Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja got a new lease of life with back-to-back hits. After scoring a big solo hit with Dhamaka last December, the Krack actor followed it up with another powerful performance in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Sankranti hit Waltair Veerayya. Though Ravi Teja appeared in a brief role, his impeccable performance in emotional scenes with Chiru has been receiving a unanimous response from all quarters.
Ravi Teja’s energetic role as ACP Vikram Sagar in Waltair Veerayya is one of the biggest takeaways from the film and played a significant role in making it a big hit. Both Dhamaka and Waltair Veerayya couldn’t have come at a more perfect time for Ravi Teja who has been struggling with a lack of big hits in his career. The success of both these films is a big confidence booster for him after going a lean phase with back-to-back duds.
Ravi Teja has a healthy lineup of films in his pipeline. He is currently busy shooting for three upcoming films Ravansura, Tiger Nageswara Rao and Eagle. He is also looking to grab supporting actor roles in big ticket films if they have good substance in the story.
