Now, Boyapati aiming pan India craze

Tollywood director Boyapati Srinu has cultivated a taste for dishing out masala entertainers with a lot of bloodshed and violence. He is known for delivering full-length commercial potboilers that will appeal only to a section of audiences in the Telugu States. A-centre audiences usually stay away from his over-the-top commercial fares. But, that reputation doesn’t stop him from trying his hand at a pan India level film.
Boyapati is next teaming up with young Telugu hero Ram Pothineni and the project was officially launched this week. Reportedly, this untitled film will have a simultaneous release in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. Boyapati is planning to make this as a pan India film with all ingredients that satiate different sections of the audience. He is once again coming up with a full-length entertainer and the script is said to be laced with plenty of family emotions and drama.
Pawan Kalyan in dilemma, movies to be more delayed
Though Boyapati’s previous films didn’t get a simultaneous release in Hindi, they got huge patronage from audiences through YouTube. The dubbed versions of his films are quite a rage on the YouTube platform garnering millions of views. His films Sarrainodu, Jaya Janaki Nayaka and Dhammu are some examples. His recent film Akhanda too got a similar response for its trailer as there are a few shots depicting Lord Shiva.
Now, Boyapati is planning big to attain pan India level craze like some of his fellow directors Rajamouli and Sukumar. It remains to be seen how far will be successful in his first attempt to target pan India audience.
