Nagarjuna and Venkatesh should take cue from Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna

Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, and Venkatesh are the fab four of Tollywood. They ruled the roost for nearly three decades and handed over the baton to the next generation of actors. Despite the advent of new actors, these veteran stars haven’t stopped doing back-to-back films. While Chiru and Balakrishna are in top gear signing multiple films, Nag and Venky slowed down a bit in the last couple of years.

It is quite surprising that Nag and Venky are too hesitant to take up new projects. They are yet to finalize directors for their next projects. Meanwhile, Chiru and Balayya are undeterred by the box office results of their previous films and lined up multiple films for the next couple of years. Chiru is doing remakes and also working with second-tier directors without any hesitation. Balakrishna is also not particular about directors and stories. He is preferring energetic roles and commercial potboilers keeping aside his age factor.

Nag and Venky still command good craze among all sections of the audience. They both look younger than Chiru and Balayya. So, they can work on any genre without any misgivings. Their fans are completely disappointed with their selection of scripts in the last couple of years. They should take a cue from Chiru and Balayya and start signing multiple films as they got only a few more years left to entertain moviegoers.
