Maestro and his son to compose for Naga Chaitanya

In what could be a piece of heartwarming news for music lovers, Maestro Illayaraja and his son Yuvan Shankar Raja are going to work together for Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s next project.

That Naga Chaitanya after completing his present commitments will team up with Tamil director Venkat Prabhu is known news. The project has been officially announced a few months ago and it will start rolling very soon. Initially, Venkat Prabhu roped in music sensation Yuvan Shankar Raja to render the soundtrack for this untitled film.

Now, the latest news is that legendary composer Illayaraja has agreed to associate with this film. It is learnt that Illayaraja will compose a song along with lending vocals for it.

Venkat Prabhu is a close relative of Illayaraja and maintains a very good rapport with him. Hence he convinced him to come on board for this project. Needless to say, this is going to be a rare combination and a treat for music lovers.
