No clarity on Krishna Vamsi’s Rangamarthanda release

Creative director Krishna Vamsi’s last release was the 2017 film Nakshatram. He announced Rangamarthanda with Prakash Raj in 2019. It was supposed to release in 2020. But it got delayed multiple times due to various issues like the COVID-19 pandemic and financial issues.
Recently, Vamsi kickstarted the promotions of the film. He released a video of Megastar Chiranjeevi lending a voice-over for the movie. It got a good response on social media. The other day, he also released a video with Chiru where the latter interacts with Vamsi about the film.
Though he started promoting Rangamarthanda, Krishna Vamsi isn’t speaking about its release. Still, there is no clarity about its release. Audiences have started losing interest in the movie and once they lose it, there is no point in how much you promote the flick. Thus, it is high time for Krishna Vamsi to open up about the release date.
Rangamarthanda features Ramya Krishna as the female lead. Brahmanandam, Anasuya, Ali Reza, Rahul Sipligunj and Shivatmika Rajashekar played the other key roles in the movie. Musical Maestro Ilaiyaraja composed the music for this film. It is an official remake of the Marathi film Natsamrat. The original version featured Nana Patekar in the lead role.
