Golden Globes: Keeravani forgets to thank the most important person of RRR

RRR entered the history books by winning the prestigious Golden Globes Award. The popular song from the film, Naatu Naatu, won the Best Song award at the 80th Golden Globes Awards which were held a few hours ago. This is the first Asian song to win a Golden Globe Award.
The film’s music director MM Keeravani received the award. During his acceptance speech, Keeravani thanked his wife Srivalli for her constant support. He later thanked the film’s director SS Rajamouli. He then thanked his son Kaala Bhairava for arranging the instrumentation for the song. Keeravani also thanked lyricist Chandrabose, his sub-ordinate JB, choreographer Prem Rakshit and lead actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
However, Keeravani forgot to thank producer DVV Danayya. RRR is a big-budget film and making it a reality would be possible only with constant support from the producer. Danayya made the film on a lavish budget and he deserves credit for its success as well.
Thus, fans are feeling a bit disappointed by Keeravani for not mentioning Danayya’s name on the stage. He might have forgotten and we have to see if he clarifies it in any other interview. As of now, the entire RRR team is enjoying the success at Golden Globes.
