Exclusive : Chaitu and Parasuram decide to shelve their film

A film in the combination of Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and director Parasuram has been on the cards for a long time. The project was supposed to roll out in 2020. Parasuram said it will be the best film in Chaitu’s career and also revealed ‘Nageswara Rao’ as the title under consideration. However, it was put on hold as Parasuram went ahead with Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaruvaari Paata.
This project was back in the news a few months ago. Parasuram also informed that his film with Chaitu will go on floors very soon. As per our exclusive sources, the project has been shelved as Chaitu is no longer interested to go ahead with Parasuram’s script. He expressed his unwillingness to work with the Geetha Govindham director due to other commitments and script issues.
Reportedly, Chaitu informed Parasuram that he is not keen on taking up the project as the genre is similar to one of his recent outings. They mutually decided to give up on this long delayed project. Chaitu promised to work with him in the future if they find a good script. Parasuram might need to search for another hero to direct his next film. He is likely to narrate a script to Vijay Devarakonda very soon.
