Ace music composer Devi Sri Prasad is under immense pressure to deliver the goods. As none of his recent albums satisfied music lovers completely, it appeared like he lost the Midas touch. There have been a lot of expectations for Waltair Veerayya album. The first two songs – Boss Party and Sridevi Chiranjeevi didn’t fully satisfy Mega fans due to the run-of-the-mill tunes composed by DSP. When critics are breathing down his neck, Devi saved his best for the third song – Veerayya which is currently trending top on YouTube. The title song emerged as an instant chartbuster and clocked close to 7 Million views in just one day. This is the best-received song in the album so far.

Devi Sri Prasad’s sublime rendition is giving goosebumps to listeners. The powerful lyrics and high-intensity vocals have well complemented DSP’s efforts to silence his critics who wrote off him after the first two songs turned out to be monotonous. Now, the focus is on the background score. Devi Sri is said to be giving his best score for important scenes in this action entertainer.
