Custody glimpse: Naga Chaitanya fights earnestly

The first glimpse of Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming bilingual film Custody is out on New Year and it presents him in an intense and fierce avatar while fighting for a cause. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the film has Krithi Shetty as the female lead.
The brief glimpse is action-packed as Naga Chaitanya fights earnestly with his opponents though the purpose is not revealed. He appears to be with an unwavering spirit in his mission. The video starts with top-angle shots of a train, a couple of vehicles moving at a rapid pace on a road, and an amusement fair which seem to have a close nexus to the story. This leads us to a couple of rushes from action scenes where Chaitu is seen fighting with a lot of intensity. The glimpse ends with a couple of close-up shots of Chaitu glaring at the camera. The pulsating score is apt for the glimpse.
Custody is billed as a cop drama that has Naga Chaitanya playing an upright constable who fights against the corrupt system. Illayaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja are rendering the soundtrack for this film which is slated for release on May 12th 2023. Srinivas Chitturi is the producer.
