Chiranjeevi wraps up God Father one day before strike

Megastar Chiranjeevi is making sure that the strike called by Active Telugu Film Producers Guild and Telugu Film Chamber from August 1st will not impact the release plans of his upcoming film God Father which has been announced to unspool in theatres during the Dussehra festival.
Chiru has wrapped up the final song shoot of God Father on July 31st which is just one day before the strike. A special song involving Chiru and Salman Khan was shot in Mumbai under the choreography of Prabhu Deva. As the shootings are going to be halted from today, Chiru directed the team to complete the song one day before and make sure that all shooting formalities are done and dusted

With this, a major part of God Father has been completed and the post-production activities will get underway very soon. Directed by Mohan Raja of Thani Oruvan fame, God Father is an official remake of the Malayalam political thriller Lucifer.
Nayanatara is playing the female lead in this film which has Satyadev and Puri Jagannadh in prominent roles.
