Chiranjeevi Honoured with the Indian Film Personality of the Year Award

November 20th was a great day for the Indian film industry. IFFI kick-started its celebrations for the year 2022 in Goa on Sunday. Union Minister Anurag Thakur, Goa Chief minister Pramod Sawant and other higher dignitaries graced the prestigious event including Ajay Devgn, Varun Dhawan, Suniel Shetty, Kartik Aaryan, Sara Ali Khan, Paresh Rawal, Mrunal Thakur and Aparshakti.
Addressing the event Union Minister Anurag Thakur announced in front of attendees that Megastar Chiranjeevi has bagged the IFFI Indian Film Personality award for the year 2022.
Chiranjeevi took his Twitter and shared his gratitude to the Government of India for honouring him with the IFFI award for the year 2022. He wrote, “Greatly Delighted and Humbled at this honour, Sri @ianuragthakur! My deep gratitude to Govt of India @MIB_India @IFFIGoa @Anurag_Office and all my loving fans only because of whom i am here today!”.
On the flip side, Chiranjeevi is currently busy with Waltair Veerayya and Bhola Shankar. He has done 153 movies to date. He was awarded Padma Bhushan in the year 2006 and this will be his other prestigious award.
