Despite not scoring big at the box office in his career so far, Akkineni Akhil is keeping the trade circles all excited with his upcoming action-drama Agent, which is being helmed by Surender Reddy. Ever since the project has been announced, there has been a lot of positive buzz in trade circles because of Akhil’s stunning transformation and the director’s track record.

Reportedly, solid prices are up for acquiring Agent in Telugu States and USA. The makers of this film are looking to close the theatrical business in all areas for impressive prices even before the first look teaser is out. Agent is touted to be a spy thriller laced with breathtaking action episodes and a gripping screenplay.
Surender Reddy has the knack of presenting the lead actor in a stylish avatar with superb characterisation. Also, Akhil’s phenomenal makeover has been the talking point since the film’s launch. So, the trade biz of Agent is expected to surpass all of Akhil’s previous films by a long chalk.
As Agent is slated for release during the Dusheera season, the openings are likely to be massive and give career-best revenues for Akhil. So, trade circles are betting big on this film. AK Entertainment banner is bankrolling this film.
