Akhil’s Agent locks an ideal date

In the making for more than a year, Akkineni Akhil’s Agent is one of the most awaited films this year. The spy thriller was supposed to unspool in theatres in August last year, but it was deferred several times due to the delay in the shooting formalities. Now, the makers are aiming to release it in Summer.
As per the latest reports, Agent will hit the screens on April 14th. It is a long weekend with a National Holiday on the eve of Ambedkar Jayanti followed by Saturday and Sunday. So, it is an ideal date for Agent because the makers are planning to release it in different languages across the country. A formal announcement regarding the release date will be out very soon. The shooting is on the brink of completion and the team is planning to kickstart the promotions in style with a brand-new teaser.
The Surender Reddy directional will see Akhil in a swashbuckling avatar with a phenomenal transformation. The scintillating first-look posters and explosive teaser received a thumping response and set high expectations for the film. Akhil is desperately waiting to score a blockbuster and stabilize his career.
Sakshi Vaidya is the female lead and Mammoty is essaying a significant role in this film.
