After clarification on Adipurush, Salaar team speeds up plans

The makers of Prabhas’ long-delayed mythological drama Adipurush have officially reiterated that the film will hit the screens worldwide on June 16th. This announcement has gunned down all rumours in the media circles regarding its postponement. Now, the production house of Prabhas’ next film Salaar has decided to speed up their work.
It is a known fact that Salaar is scheduled for a massive release on September 28th this year. The makers of Salaar have been waiting for clarification from the Adipurush team regarding the release date so that they can plan accordingly. As Adipurush is confirmed to arrive as announced, Salaar is also on track for release on the date which was previously stated.
Sources revealed that the shooting formalities of Salaar are progressing at a brisk pace in Hyderabad. There is still one more month of shoot left and then there will be four to five months of the post-production phase. Director Prasanth Neel has reportedly told the crew to speed up the work and ensure that there is no last-minute rush.
Salaar stars Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Jagapathi Babu in significant roles. Hombale Films is bankrolling the film on a grand scale.
