Minnal Murali: A superhero for Malayalam, No remake rights will be sold

Minnal Murali is a superhero film from Malayalam cinema. Actor-director Basil Joseph has proved himself by making a desi superhero film post-pandemic. Basil is also in plans to make a sequel for the film Minnal Murali, but which will go on floors only after another 3 years.
In between when Basil was asked about selling the remake of the film Minnal Murali, he said that the film will be a dedicated Malayalam superhero film. He said, We don’t want Minnal Murali to be made in other languages, we want the film to be dedicated to Malayalam only and as a superhero of Kerala”.
Basil Joseph also said that many Hindi producers approached him for the remake rights, but he was not interested and rejected the offer. Basil’s next film is Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey. Later he is lined up with Kadina Kadoramee Andakadaham and Cup, which are waiting for release. Basil going to take a break from acting now. After all his pending projects will start working on the script of the Minnal Murali sequel.
