Rashmika Mandanna has turned out to be an instant sensation post her success with ‘Pushpa: The Rise’. Even her songs ‘Srivalli’ & ‘Saami’ have become chartbusters and turned to be trending for a very long time.

For a month, there has been a huge backlash on her over the internet. It all began when a paparazzo asked for her comment about the movie ‘Kantara’, to which she replied she haven’t watched it yet. This immediately went viral and she was trending for negative slash for a couple of days.

After a week of all this, around a couple of weeks ago, Rashmika even wrote a public letter, appealing & standing up to this online bullying, and referred to herself as a “punching bag”. Post this, the negative trend has toned down but it seems like it had a very varied effect on her. According to our placed sources, it is said that Rashmika is officially banned from working in Kannada films.

Although there are a couple of projects in the pipeline for her, it is said that the makers are reconsidering their decision on casting her. There’s literally nothing wrong with not watching a movie. Rashmika is still mum about all this. We have to wait for her response!
