KGF makers spring a surprise with a new film

Prolific production house of South India, Hombale Films which delivered pan-India blockbusters like KGF and Kantara and currently pooling money bags for Prabhas’ much anticipated flick Salaar have made a surprise announcement this Sunday. They have launched a new film with effervescene actress Keerthi Suresh in the lead role. The first look poster has been unveiled on this occasion. Keerthi Suresh is seen raising her hand for a cause in this poster.

Titled as Raghu Thatha, this film marks the debut of Hombale Films in Kollywood. Award winning writer Suman Kumar of ‘Family Man’ series is making his directional debut with this female centric drama which is said to be a fun filled entertainer with a village backdrop. Keerthi Suresh will be seen in an exuberant and lively role in this medium budget film. The film will be wrapped up by next March.

Keerthi Suresh is a familiar face in South India. She proved her acting calibre in lady oriented films like Mahanati , Penguin and Miss India. So, the KGF makers are planning to dub this film in other languages as well. The Sarkaruvaari Paata actress is currently busy shooting for Nani’s Dasara which is aiming for Summer release.
