Kannada beauty Sapthami Gowda grabbed the eyeballs with her glamourous and intense performance in Rishab Shetty’s pan-India blockbuster Kantara. She has become a household name with the wide success of Kantara. She drew the attention of filmmakers not just in Kannada but all over the country.
Now, she bagged a golden opportunity. As per the latest reports, Sapthami Gowda has been roped in to essay a significant role in Vivek Agnihotri’s upcoming film ‘The Vaccine War’ which was launched a few days ago. After turning the attention of the entire nation with ‘Kashmir Files’ , Vivek is coming up with yet another thought-provoking drama based on real-life incidents that transpired during the brutal pandemic.
Vivek is thoroughly impressed with Sapthami’s mesmerizing performance in Kantara. She became an overnight star and deserves more substantial roles. The makers of Vaccine War and including actors from different languages to make this a true pan-India film. The film stars Pallavi Joshi, Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, and others in important roles. It is slated for release on August 15th.
