CBI declares Disha Salian’s death accidental

Sushanth Singh Rajput, the name has become more of a sensationalisation rather than the identity of the actor himself. Everyone has witnessed the viral Hungama that took around the suicide of the actor and even the CBI probe was ordered in the case.

Disha Salian, the manager of Sushant Singh Rajput, died 5 days before the actor. During the dark hours of June 8–9, 2020, Disha was said to have fallen from the 14th floor of the Galaxy Regent building in Malad, a suburb of Mumbai. For a couple of years, there have been numerous theories & allegations made about her mysterious death. Clearing them all, CBI declared that her death was by accident. A senior official from CBI said, “The investigation has revealed that Salian had been organising get-togethers at her residence in the run-up to her birthday. The party on June 8th night was part of it. However, that night, Salian, who had consumed alcohol, lost her balance and slipped from the parapet of her flat.”

“Other than a few chats, which were in connection to a brand-building exercise, nothing more was found between Salian and Rajput. While Rajput had searched on Google news reports on him and Salian in the week preceding his suicide, there is nothing to show that her death triggered his suicide. They are two different incidents that are unfortunately linked” said the officer.
