Naga Chaitanya aiming for Tamil market

Undeterred by the ongoing rumours about his personal life, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has moved forward to his next project, Telugu – Tamil bilingual film to be helmed by Tamil director Venkat Prabhu.

The formal announcement of this untitled film has been made this Thursday morning and the makers have finalised happening beauty Krithi Shetty as the leading lady. This is the second time Chay and Krithi are going to share screen space after working together for Banggaraju last year.

Touted to be a family drama with a good dose of action, the film will have its music score by Yuvan Shankar Raja and maestro Illayaraja will lend vocals for a song and compose tunes for it.

Unlike other stars who are determined to grab pan India’s popularity, Chaitu is looking to expand his market in the South. So, he has locked Venkat Prabhu for this film which will be shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. The makers are planning to release in a grand way all over Tamil along with the Telugu States.

Silver Screen banner is bankrolling this film on a big budget.
