Moreover both the movies are being released simultaneously in multiple languages as pan India movies, thus making the fierce competition between two heroes imminent. While Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast movie is releasing on April 13, Rocking star Yash’s KGF Chapter 2 is releasing on April 14.
Before giving a fully loaded experience of their movies, both the stars have given a hint about what’s coming through their trailers released this week. With both Beast and KGF 2 movies being the most anticipated ones, these trailers have garnered millions of views in no no time. Lets find out what’s common and different in both these trailers.
Coming to KGF 2 trailer, which was released a week ago, it is dark, striking and filled with intense emotions and action. However the total scenario changes when it comes to Vijay’s Beast. It is more colourful, peppy and stylish, while action scenes portray intense emotion. The very look and feel of both the trailers is worlds apart. While KGF 2 trailer portrays dark and rugged gold fields, Beast starts off showcasing action in a trendy mall.
Even in case of presenting the lead stars both trailers differ a lot. Beast trailer almost runs like a one man show with all focus on Vijay. Whereas in KGF 2 trailer equal importance is given to the characters of Raveena Tandon and Sanjay Dutt along with Yash. In case of leading ladies, both KGF and Beast offer very little space in trailers. In one aspect both the trailers share a common trait. That is action scenes. The action scenes in both the trailers are top notch and succeed in impressing the action movie lovers, who will be eagerly waiting for the release.
While Nelson directed Vijay’s Beast, Prashant Neel directed KGF 2. Both the music directors, Anirudh for Beast and Ravi Basrur for KGF 2 have come up with impressive job. Their music makes audience get engrossed in the trailers. With the trailers out, now audience will be eagerly waiting for April second week, to figure out how these big budget high voltage movies will fare at the box office.
